All the staff I have come into contact have been so kind, considerate, caring and helpful. I was also provided with a lot of relevant informtion, and had everything explained to me. Superb care,in short!
Suggested improvements
The digital letters were somewhat confussing, and required phone calls to clarify.

I was nervous before my surgery today however, a staff nurse(Zoe) gave me warm welcoming and showed me carrying attitude and it made me relaxed and created comfortable atmosphere. Also theatre staff ( doctor, anaesthetist, nurses) explained step by step during the surgery so I felt very secure all the time.
Suggested improvements
I understand there is time table fixed so patients needed wait until your turn to come but I did not expect I needed to wait long time, whihc is fine but otherwise I could bring my books, tablet etc to keep entertaining myself.

From the moment I entered the area I was met by a gentleman who offered help willingly and made me feel at ease straight away. Peter is his name. He stayed by me, supported and was thorough and very professional the room for my procedure, the staf were very friendly, caring and made sure I understand the stages. One could not ask for a more customer caring out of dedicated professionals. Am really impressed. Great service.

One cannot fault this department./nVery professional, knowdgeable, procedure and just takes away any fear- nothing to fault./nAneena is a really dedicated employee and gentle.
